Take a pheasant breast(thin) and cut it into 1 inch wide strips. Your strips should be about 4 inches long and 1 inch wide. Next take a slice of bacon and cut it to about the same size as the pheasant strip. Place the bacon on top of the pheasant. Then roll the two up and hold in place with a (wet) toothpick. Season to your taste. Bake at 300 until done. Times will vary on thickness of pheasant strips. Enjoy!
