Put goose in a crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours with some bbq sauce. When done throw away the goose and eat the rock.![]()
Depending on the amount, lets just call it 3 pounds, mix well 1 1/2 cups sweet baby rays original bbq sauce,1/2 cup ketchup, cuple shakes of worchestire sauce,1/2cup brown sugar, pepper and minced garlic if you would like..Let marinade for a minimum of a day,2 days works the best, remember to shake ocasionally to keep it thoroughly soaked into the meat...pan fry on low with butter or on the grill if done on the grill over cooking will make meat dry you can use the marinade to keep moist if cooked on grill...This is awesome with venison tenderlions... Let me know if ya try it and if ya like it..

slice your goose breast in half (i.e. butterfly) for two thin steaks.
marinate in Coke (not diet).. the real deal.
4-6 hours or longer in the fridge.
put them on a plate and cover with Lawry's seasoned salt.
grill'em HOT and fast to sear the outside and maintain moisture.
(you could add bacon while grilling)
throw them on a bed of rice.. bbq sauce or dippin sauce optional..
cold beer mandatory!
enjoy,
