It is your responsibility to collect the necessary information to ensure a legitimate sale or purchase.
1)Payment for merchandise and shipping time frames/shipping services used are up to the buyer and seller to discuss on your own prior to the sale.
2)Before you send any money or merchandise, get an address, a phone number and CALL the other member!! If they do not want to give out this information or you can not get in contact with them, do not send any money or merchandise.
3)Sellers, it is your responsibility to send an item out as soon as possible. One day for shipping is enough. You have sold the item.....it should be boxed, addressed and ready to ship as soon as the payment is received. It is also your responsibility to PM/Email the buyer to let them know the item has shipped and provide the tracking number.
4)Items for sale MUST include a price. Don't list items for sale asking for "Best Offer" or "What do you think it's work".
5)You MUST have the item your selling in YOUR possession. We don't want to see an item for sale that your selling for a buddy or family member. It only delays in the purchaser getting what he or she is expecting.
6)It is YOUR responsibility to research and know the rules and regulations about bringing items in across state lines and/or shipping items out or to oneself. TMH IS NOT responsible for any transactions that take place.
If a deal goes bad and if there is enough information to back up someone being at fault, depending on all the complete details AND at the discretion of TheMidwestHunter.com......The person who didn't hold up their portion of the deal(in most all cases the seller), you will be banned from www.TheMidwestHunter.com indefinitely. We will not tolerate deals gone bad.
