I just got an Email regarding the Blair Holt firearm licensing and record of sale act. Also listed under bill number SB-2099.
What this poropsed bill states is that every person that owns a gun would need to submit fingerprints and pay a $50 tax on every gun they own on their Federal Tax return. By submitting your tax dollars and your finger prints you are agreeing to physical and mental testing at any time. There is also a child protection provision that would ensure that every gun owner has all weapons under lock and key if you have a child under the age of 18 in the home. What this means is that you are opening up yourself to a home inspection at any time with out warning.
If you were searched and found to have a weapon with out a lock on it you could be thrown in jail. If you were to sell a gun and did not report the sale and pay a $25 fee you could be thrown in jail.

This bill was introduced on Feb, 24 2009 by Obama and is now under an ammendment to the internal revenue act of 1986.


Sure doesn't feel like a free nation to me. I can't own a gun unless I open my self up to physical and mental testing, paying high taxes and fees, must allow inspections with out notice, giving up my right to privacy and basically being treated like a criminal. I also have to respect the rights of some one that has come over to this country, hates americans and burns our flag. What the hell is wrong with this country??????????
