Well im assuming by breakfast sausage your talkin something similar to pork sausage which is alway coarse ground unless you prefer it otherwise..I have a awesome recipe but then I would simply have to kill you and hang you and bury in the back 40..![]()
my cousin has fooled around alittle with this stuff, but I'm lookin for a little more zip (flavor wise) . I don't know if i'm reaching for something i'll never get from venison. I think he mixes like 70-30 venison-pork shoulder and i'm not sure about all the seasonings he's tried. Any recipes will be appreciated, also do you use a fine grind or course? thanx
