As of right now I have two tags, both antlerless tags now. I still have next weekend to get them filled.

I'm a little hesitant on shooting though with some bucks already dropping some antlers. They will have to be close to make sure it is a big mature doe and not a button or a shed buck.

This might be my first season since I really started deer hunting that I don't get at least one deer...

I have the same tags left as I did last year: mn achery either sex tag, mn 3a shotgun either sex tag, mn muzzeloader either sex tag, and one mn antlerless tag. Personally, I wish mn would still sell the all-season tag that was good for the archery, shotgun and muzzeloader seasons. Keep all current tag options and allow people to buy the all season tag if they want.

I took two right to the final bell, but pulled it off and now have some tender vittles in the freezer.
My brother was able to take one as well. These two were taken 12-30-09.

Then on the last day I was lucky and took one more. 12-31-09.
