1 Mn muzzleloader buck tag because I hunt a lottery area and didn't draw a doe permit. At least this years tag soup will taste a little different I've got a Minnesota bear tag to throw in the pot.

I dont think I've ever tried soup with bear tag in it..Does that make it spicier or anything??

I have a Mn buck tag gun season as well as a antlerless intensive harvest and buck tag for archery. Only killed archery doe this year. Saw a lot of deer within range though this year, just none I wanted to kill, so it was a good season for me, on a new farm I have yet to learn..

One doe tag left. By choice though. Could have filled it the same time I shot the 8 point. She only took 3 steps after I shot him. 20 yards from stand.

I have two more tags to add to the mix. How about I put them between a couple pieces of bread and add a tag sandwhich to the meal. Two KS any season tags.
(And people say they want to hunt KS for deer...)

I didn't go out that last weekend. Just pulled a few blinds checked cameras, filled feeders, scouted, etc. Too many bucks that have dropped both antlers for me to get real excited. I would be kicking myself all year if I shot one of those or a button buck!

Shot my final doe last night. All I have left is my WI archery buck tag and that should have been filled twice which would have made for my first perfect season ever. 1 WI gun buck and 3 WI archery late season doe down this year. Now I am done until September. It has been a year of triumphs and frusterations for myself but then that is what keeps all of us coming back year after year.
