What a shame, down on the first drive. Turned all the hype into crap in a matter of seconds. Now bama gets to back into a championship and don't even have to break a sweat. Nick Sabin's a prick, feel bad for the Texas team overall. Not as bad as the Yankee's buying another championship, but that is a whole different story.

Not taking anything away from alabama..they did manhandle florida earlier in the year BUT I think we'd be looking at a different game is Colt was still playing..Truly a shame.. Much like Bradford - I think we'd be watching a different team if Bradford wouldve stayed healthy...

Yup. I know one person doesn't make or break a team but I would have liked to see how the game unfolded with McCoy out there. But Alabama did beat Texas in the end and it is over now and nothing can be changed.

Just to think that texas made it a game late with a freshman quarterback is pretty impressive to me.......I just dislike the SEC due to fact that they are always cocky as hell, but they do have some great teams i guess. Realistically I think it would have been tough to beat Alabama with Colt in the game......we will neve know i guess.

Having hunted both, if I had to do it again I'd go back to Alabama I think. Texas is just down right odd for hunting IMO. Not my cup of tea. I'd go again if it was free, but wouldn't pay for it.
