Schultzy, just pointing out the very real possibility that the team is going to move. There is no plan to get the financing package put together, considering there is no money to set aside I think it's responsible. That situatation combined with the very real possibility of a lock out and no season in 2011 (the last year in the metro dome lease). If there is a season long lock out the loyal dedicated fans (that was sarcastic) will turn their backs on the Vikings. I am not saying Ziggy will move the team he will sell it, the next owner will move the team. I think the curse on the viking franchise will continue even if they are in LA, thus they will still be a failed NFL franchise without a Super Bowl victory, thus continuing to suck. I should have prefaced these comments by saying I am a life long Minnesota resident.

I figured that's what you meant but I thought maybe there was some new news on the situation. Glad there Isn't yet (the moving part). I'd like to see the Vikes get their stadium, It's time.

I do not want to pay for a new stadium for ziggy. I am against going against the treaty signed by the AG giving the native tribes the only right for gambling in the state, so were does that leave the team. There is no money that the state has to give to build one, a strike in 2011 would be certain death of the franchise.

My guess is they will move. I just hope that if they do get a new stadium that we dont have to help pay for it.
