There are reports of morels being found around here (if the reports are legit) I have been out three times and not found anything. I usually get out only bout 1 good time in mid may but wish to hit it hard this year. We are currently getting lots of rain and night time temps coming up. Being it has been so dry do you think northern facing hill tops would be better. The normal right now would be to concentrate on the southern facing hills and valleys. It is early season around here right now. I just want to make those most of my time in the woods this year as early as I can. Any suggestion would be much appreciated.
