I bought a TC Black Diamond XR (the gun the omega took over for) when I was about a freshman in high school...killed about 5 or so deer with it, started bowhunting, and never touched it since...I always have good intentions of hunting with it each season, but never do..

Have used a TC Omega for 5 years. I am hooked on ML hunting and even use it during the "regular" gun seasons.

I've got a Hastings Paradox .50 cal bp barrel that fits on my Remington 870, hunted with it a few years but haven't shot it since buying my SavageML10II.

I bought a TC Omega 6 seasons ago and have hunted with it ever since. The past 5 seaons I've only hunted the muzzleloader season. I plan on hunting the regular gun season this year, but I will use the muzzleloader. I wanted to buy a TC triumph this year, but ended up buying a couple of other guns so I will have to put that purchase off for awhile.

Good to see there are some here.
Blackpowder firearms are about all I care to shoot anymore...cartridge or muzzleloaders. My favorite muzzleloader would have to be the little .40 caliber flintlock longrifle...have sent alot of critters to their maker with it.

    Yes sir it does.
I can't say nothing though...put a CVA kit together back in 1975. A guy from work got me hooked on it...been at it pretty much ever since.

    I wasn't born until 1986...

I have thought about in the past getting a ML but never did. I think it would be cool to pull one out during rifle season and use that instead for a little bit more of a challenge and excitement. If I was to get one I think I would get a TC Encore.

Most of my deer shooting with one averages about 20-25 yards. Longest shot was with the little longrifle a couple years ago...55 yards.

I got 2 of them. And only use them now for shooting powder out of them to see the flames come out the barrel.

I used mine for a couple years during shotgun season..While stand hunting, all I wanted (needed...usually) was one good shot, and my muzzleloader is much more accurate than my slug gun..

PS - as grasshopper said, those are some sweet looking guns quigley!

I have got a TC encore that I love. I havent shot any deer with it yet but I have missed a bunch. All of my freinds get together on the last weekend and we just drive from sun up to sun down. It is always good for alot of laughs and heart ache that is for sure. I am glad to here that wisconsin has finally lifted the 1 power rule for scopes because I could not hit a lake if I were standing at the bottom of it with open sights.
