Coyote Mock Scrape

I guess this coyote thought I made this scrape for him/her.

I have often thought about that.. how deer would react to the scent of my dog.. or a coyote.. in their bedroom or scrape etc... Obviously, we have all seen our dogs roll in the nearest dead thing.. or any other stinking source in what I believe to be an effort to mask their own scent to aid in their ability to hunt. I would really love to see a deer in that scrape on the same night or next morning etc... Cuz look, if that happened once, you know it happens all the damn time. You just happened to get a picture of it.. I am actually surprised that we don't see more pics of that behavior!! Nice get.

Awesome pic, its gettin to be that time of year, my favorite time of year.
Time to go out and shoot a bunch of them fawn killin dogs. Cant wait just need slug season to be over.
