Frabill ice shanty

I have a frabill ranger xl 2 man flipover shanty with a cover, it had a bench seat and i took it out and put 2 padded folding boats seats in. $200 pm with questions

How old is it? What is the condition of the tent and sled. I would send the questions in a pm, but figure the answers would help others that are interested besides myself.

i think it's about 5 or 6 years old, the sled is in great shape, it has a 2' by 3" tear on the right side behind the seats right above the sled.
