Couldn't agree more! An excellent move to keep youngsters out in the woods! Hats off to Nebraska...
MN is getting better; youth turkey hunters can get a tag for any season over the counter. Great idea! I'd like to see them take it a step further and have a youth tag that's just good for the whole 8 periods. That way they can slip in a hunt whenever they have time or the weather is good.
