When is turkey season for bow only, buy over the counter tags. If get that tag do i hurt my chances for the fall season.

You can buy OTC tags for archery for the last two seasons in any zone that there were more than 50 permits awarded.

Also, buying or getting drawn for a spring tag had no effect on your fall chances..they consider them two completely different things.. Spring preference points and fall preference points are kept separate.
