Models 5210MM
1. The MMS model looks same as the current 5210A and low-glow. So there are no changes to current pictures and security box.
2. It has all the features of 5210A , plus the wireless features listed below.
3. It takes about 20 to 25 seconds to send each MMS picture.
Dependent on dimension size of original picture, the MMS picture can be tailored to send at 640 x 480 or 320 x 240 resolution size
Camera and MMS function can be conveniently configured by running the enclosed CD on the computer
Advanced Remote Cellular Technology transmits images to your cell phone and/or email account constantly at lower battery consumption and shorter transmission time, compared to products of its kind on the market.
Automatically send text alert when battery power level goes low
Check cellular signal information on the built-in TFT display in the field
All MMS pictures, as well as the original ones, saved on SD card
Internal antenna design makes the camera portable while still emitting strong signal
Low-glow IR flash is available
The camera needs a SIM card to send MMS pictures. Currently T-mobile and AT&T use SIM card on their phone. If the user already has service from these carriers, he only needs to add a line to his current plan. If the user doesn't use these carriers, he can buy a pay-to-go (prepaid) SIM card from T-mobile or AT&T for $10 or $15. Then he can add money to his balance on the account to have the camera send out MMS pictures.
