This is an ongoing private yearly lease. There are only 4 Hunters total on this lease. This property is 65% hardwood thickets and 35% cropland that is presently planted with soybeans. There are several perrenial foodplots and will be fall food plots in strategic locations. The buck to doe ratio on this property is about 3:1. As a partner in this lease, you will have full access to the property to hunt the full deer and turkey seasons using any legal weapon during those seasons. There are ponds, creek bottoms, edges and ravines. This property is thick with deer and turkeys. There are some stands (Various types) already in place and you will be welcome to scout and place your own stands if you choose. We normally have out 6 to 8 trail cams at any time to pattern wildlife. You will be allowed 2 Bucks. One (1) 130" or better preferably 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 YO, and one cull buck(Undesireable Antler Formation). No Young Bucks! Taking does is desireable. You will be able to tag out on turkeys as they are numerous on the property. The land owner will allow an RV on the property with water available during hunting season and 4 wheelers are O.K. if used within reason. We are interested in finding 2 (two) Responsible, Serious, Likeminded Legal hunters to join us on this Lease. The yearly lease price per hunter is $1875.00.
