Finally got down to Missouri for a quick hunt and to finish up preparing stands for my vacation. I passed this one on Sunday night at 26 yds out of a ground blind. I hope it doesn't come back to haunt me!

Deer in our area have been hit really hard by blue tongue disease. The fish and game are asking folks to turn in tags for a refund, I may try another side of the state to fill my tags. No shooters yet, couple 120-130 bucks is all.
Nice job thou on the other harvests teammates!

    Default Lots of time!

Keep plugging away boys. Lots of time left in the bow season.

MN slick, nice work on passing that good looking young buck. Carma says you get a crack at him next year. Hopefully you find his dad later this season!!

Got back from my "rut" hunt in MO on Saturday. What a struggle it was. Started on 11/4 and the first deer I see is this one and he's set up perfectly to come in to my decoy. But he didn't get big by being dumb and had no interest in checking out the new guy out. The other 7 bucks I saw that day came right in though, lol. After the 4th things went downhill quickly with high winds, warm temps, followed by all day rains and high winds, followed by 2 days of excellent temps and high winds before ending with warm temps on the last day. I saw one buck cruising in 8 days and the overall deer movement stunk!!! First buck I saw was the only shooter seen all week. Still got late season though so I'm not out of the game yet.

Nothing for me guys this year, deer numbers were way low around my parts. Could have shot a couple bucks but nothing I wanted to mount.
    Sorry
