I am considering selling my hunting land near rushford. I am trying to get in contact with a realtor or someone familiar with tillable/recreational land pricing in the rushford area. If anyone on here knows of someone they would recommend please either post on this thread or send me a PM. I live about 80 miles from the property and with the family expanding my time in the woods is getting limited. Thanks for any input.

We will be selling a 40 acre building site comprised of roughly 8 acres tillable and the rest woods. Probably going to ask around 135 k if no realtor is involved.
